At CENDRÉ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items provided they are in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original CENDRÉ jewelry box and protective mailer to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
